Gray Rock
Gray Rock ORV got it's initial start a couple years ago hosting the Superlift 4xAdventure Series. It got recognition in a national 4x4 magazine (Peterson's 4Wheel & Offroad). The article was aptly named "Alabama's Dirty Little Secret" and put the park on the map.
There have been many visitors to Gray Rock from magazines, the automotive industry and television (commercial ads) since it opened. Not to mention the countless number of avid 4 wheelers that have ridden the trails here since it opened.
Thanks to the folks at The Off-Road Connection and a local 4x4 club called Central Alabama Offroad Society or C.A.O.S., Gray Rock ORV has developed into one of the finest places to wheel in the southeast. They're always working on something new to keep things interesting! Whether it be a new trail or event. And the scenery is awesome!
The park is accessed by reservation only and can be reserved for an event or for a group. The contact information is listed on the Reservations page. At this time, no ATV's are allowed.
Gray Rock ORV is located in the Mt. Olive area and encompasses about 2100 acres of hills, hollows, woods and rocky outcroppings.
