sPOD Panel, Harness and Relay strip

Insert the bracket. DO NOT overtighten the screw. Its held onto the firewall with a sheet metal screw and you do not want to strip the sheetmetal.

On the opposite side I used the bottom hole. Again DO NOT over tighten.

I decided to mount the self tapping screws into the Relay Mounting Strip

For show I mounted a relay and the cover to show how much clearence the hood had over the Terminal block and cover.

Later I'll relocate my relays and clean up my wiring.

Above the terminal block there is a perfect place for a ground. Using the grill support bracket.

You have to remove your battery to see this, but there are two posts under your battery that are welded into Firewall that support your battery.

Looking just above your carpet line just under your fan there is a post that holds your carpet in place and just to the right is a strip with two posts. Thats just behind your battery.

Sorry for the bad picture, but it was getting late and my camera flash was acting up, but my trusty flashlight wasn't.

Above you can see the 1-inch hole drilled and filled with the provided gromment to run the wiring harness through.

Pull your wires though and begin plugging in the labled wires to their locations. Its pretty easy. 1 goes on 1 and so forth.

The green wire with not lable plugs into the ground connection just below the connection shown above with the blue crimp.

The red wire plugs into the provided wire with inline fuse.

Supplied wire with inline fuse plugged into the terminal block and into the end of the PCM with a round lug. Tighten snuggly, but do not go HULK on it. You do not want to damage.

I found it easiet and the cleanest to tuck the harness and power wire between the passenger side bracket and the computer. I had to remove the wire that secured it, but it's been riding there nicely for a while.

Harness, cover and relay strip look pretty much at home there. Well less the dust, but thats coming. =)

To test the air fitting I inserted the 1/4 fitting into a quick disconnect.

Fired up the air compressor I have in the garage and the needle was reading just below 130PSI just like my air compressor. I was impressed.

Time to start hiding our lines. Run a regular screw driver under the piece of plastic just above your left speaker. Or in this case shown by my photo a phillips. Bahahahaha
